LINCOLN HOUSE MEMBERS INSTRUCTED TO DEFEND IN THE DALE CREGAN MURDER TRIAL

Paul Reid Q.C., Richard Simons, Rick Holland, Simon Gurney and Ian McMeekin are currently defending in the multi-handed murder trial at the Crown Court at Preston. The trial, which has been the subject of intense media coverage, commenced at the beginning of February and is due to continue until the middle of April. The trial, involving 10 defendants, principally concerns the murders of Mark Short and David Short and the murders of PCs Fiona Bone and Nicola Hughes, officers of Greater Manchester Police. Paul Reid Q.C. and Richard Simons (instructed by Howard Bernstein) are representing Luke Livesey.
