JEREMY LASKER SECURES ACQUITTAL AT THE CONCLUSION OF 2 MONTH FRAUD TRIAL
Jeremy Lasker, instructed by Ben Leach at Steel Ford Newton solicitors of Burnley, secured an acquittal for his client after an 8 week trial at Preston Crown Court and following a 3 day retirement of the jury. The case in which 1 co-defendant pleaded guilty and 3 others were convicted by the jury involved a conspiracy to defraud the Royal Bank of Scotland out of £750,000.00 through a series of dishonest commercial transactions.
