ALISTAIR WEBSTER QC, ALAN CONRAD QC & DAN THOMAS APPOINTED TO SERIOUS FRAUD OFFICE PROSECUTION AND PROCEEDS OF CRIME PANELS
Alistair Webster QC and Alan Conrad QC have been appointed to join the SFO Queen’s Counsel Prosecution and Proceeds of Crime Panels. Alistair Webster QC has, in the past few years, appeared in most of the leading fraud cases nationally. Alan Conrad QC was already a long-standing member of the panel and recently successfully prosecuted the Lexi Holdings case. Both are the only silks from the Northern Circuit on the SFO Panel. Dan Thomas has been appointed to join the SFO’s junior panel of Counsel for Prosecution and Proceeds of Crime. Again, he is the only junior barrister from the Northern Circuit to have been appointed. This is the third in a series of appointments that Dan has achieved recently. He is now a member of the Government’s ‘Regulatory List’ specialising in HSE, Environment Agency and Rail Regulation prosecutions and the CPS specialist Fraud Panel.
