The Koestler Trust inspires offenders, secure patients and detainees to transform their lives and strive for achievement through the arts and this exhibition, designed to coincide with the CBA Spring conference at the University of Manchester, aims to bring the work of the trust to a wider audience.
The Koestler Trust is the UK’s most prominent prison art charity. The Trust inspires offenders, secure patients and detainees to transform their lives and strive for achievement through the arts.
The Criminal Bar Association is a campaigning organisation and it is proud to associate itself with the work of the Koestler Trust. The treatment, care and rehabilitation of those who find themselves in our custodial institutions should be a matter of importance to all who practice in criminal law. The CBA Annual conference will be held at the University of Manchester on the 25th April.
