Operation Petty Conclusion
[intro]Tony Cross Q.C. and Ged Doran represented Mr A in Operation Petty, an investigation into a series of armed robberies in the Bradford area. Mr A if convicted of the the conspiracy would have faced a jail term of approximately 20 years.[/intro]
However after successful plea negotiation and mitigation he was sentenced to a term of 6 years for his part in a single robbery.
