CQC prosecution of private GP surgery – Richard Dawson Defending
A long running investigation and prosecution by the Care Quality Commission into the working practices of a private GP surgery has finally concluded after many months of delay caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Richard Dawson acted for the surgery, TMM Ltd, throughout proceedings.
The surgery was prosecuted in respect of registration offences, contrary to section 10 of the Health and Social Care Act.
Thanks go to Laura Hannah and Brea Carney-Jones at Stephensons for all of their careful and considered preparation at each stage of the proceedings.
