The Cumbrian Inquest into the death of Derrick Bird and 12 others

[intro]Andrew Nuttall successfully represented the North West Ambulance Service in the inquest which was held in Workington and which heard evidence about a unique set of circumstances for the  emergency services, and is yet another important inquest which he has been instructed in.[/intro]

Presently working on the preparation of a number of others and will be offering an insight with a seminar during June.

Andrew is one of many senior barristers at Lincoln House Chambers and complementing his busy regulatory practice he has also recently completed an MTIC fraud case, defended a school teacher charged with sexual allegations. He is timetabled to prosecute cases involving  charges of murder , a large drugs conspiracy allegation concerning many defendants, defending  two police officers in separate cases.
