Chambers is delighted to announce Graham Rishton’s acceptance of Tenancy

After the successful completion of his reduced pupillage, under the supervision of Brendan O’Leary, Chambers is delighted to announce that Graham Rishton has accepted an offer of tenancy.

Prior to joining Chambers Graham exercised his Higher Rights as a Solicitor Advocate at a highly regarded solicitors’ firm with national coverage. Graham gained extensive experience and exceptional client care skills whilst practicing as a solicitor and has significant insight into how, as a barrister, he can now work closely with, and provide added value to those who now instruct him.

Throughout his shortened six-month pupillage, Graham has been focused on a criminal practice and has defended and prosecuted a wide range of matters at both the Magistrates and Crown Courts. In addition to general crime, Graham also has experience of Licensing Appeals and Customs and Excise matters both for and against HM Revenue and Customs.

Graham has been extremely impressive throughout his pupillage and has unsurprisingly been recognised for his excellent client interaction and advocacy skills. We very much look forward to working with Graham as he embarks on the next stage of his legal career.

Please do not hesitate in contacting a member of the clerking team for further information or should you to instruct Graham.
