Mark Ford KC, Instructed By Shaun Draycott of Draycott Browne Solicitors, Secures Acquittal Of Man Charged With The Sexual Assault Of Daughter’s Friend

On the 16th September a Manchester jury returned unanimous not guilty verdicts in favour of the client who had faced allegations of sexual assault that dated back to 2021. Significant delay had arisen as a result of the court’s inability to accommodate two earlier trial dates, but the client’s steadfast denial of the charges was vindicated by outcome.

The acquittal is a further addition to a highly successful sequence of cases conducted by Mark over the preceding two years, Mark has won 10 of the 11 trials in which he has been involved, several of those trials have been instructed by Shaun Draycott.
