Niamh Ingham and Amy Wood (Holdens Law) Secure Acquittal for Youth Charged with Serious Sexual Offending

During the week long trial at Carlisle Crown Court, the Prosecution alleged that the 16 year old youth defendant raped two complainants; one of whom was a child under 13.

The client was cleared by a jury of all charges.
