Careers Advice: Lincoln House At The Northern Pupillage Fair, Leeds
Lincoln House practitioners were quizzed by students about life at the Bar, at a function held in Leeds on Saturday 4th November.
The Northern Pupillage Fair, which was the brainchild of the University of Law, Leeds, brought together counsel and aspiring lawyers to discuss careers advice. A number of major sets from across the region were represented. From Lincoln House Tim Storrie and Marianne Alton met with students from across the region. Speaking after the event, Tim Storrie said “Events like the Northern Fair are really valuable because they allow candidates to get tips on mini-pupillage and applications direct from people in Chambers. We found that those who had no existing links with legal practice found the advice especially helpful. It is a not-to-be-missed event for student barristers”.
