We have one of the strongest teams of barristers practising in crime and fraud nationwide and are renowned for our strength in depth. Chambers can offer counsel of varying seniority to conduct cases in all tribunals, from the Magistrates’ Court to the Supreme Court.
The service provided by members covers the full spectrum of criminal offence areas. Whilst we are very happy to travel to courts on all circuits when privately funded, our legally aided general crime practice is predominantly focussed on cases on the Northern and North Eastern circuits.
In the vast majority of cases we will not accept criminal instructions on a direct access basis. We do however have a very specialist knowledge of, and superb working relationship with, the leading specialist solicitors covering all criminal areas. We are able to advise and assist clients in relation to identifying and instructing the very best legal team for their case.
