Kate Blackwell QC successfully represents two clients for Olliers Solicitors
Kate Blackwell QC has recently had two outstanding results for defendants facing sexual offences, briefed on both occasions by Zita Spencer of Olliers Solicitors.
In February, at Manchester Crown Court, Kate represented Arjmand Ghafoor who faced allegations of sexual assault on a passenger on board an Emirates flight from Dubai to Manchester. Following a 3 day trial the jury took just half an hour to acquit him of all charges.
