Leila Ghahhary Appointed to the Equality and Human Rights Commission Panel of Counsel
Lincoln House Chambers is delighted to announce that Leila Ghahhary has been appointed to the Equality and Human Rights Commission Panel of Counsel – List B (see further information via www.equalityhumanrights.com/en/our-powers/panel-counsel).
The Equality and Human Rights Commission is responsible for promoting equality, diversity and the protection of human rights in the UK and, is recognised by the United Nations as an A status National Human Rights Institution. Leila is the first member of Lincoln House Chambers to be appointed onto the Commission’s Panel of Counsel and is very pleased to have received this recommendation.
Leila is an established and well-regarded junior who specialises in public, regulatory and common law and is regularly instructed to represent and advise local and central government departments, individuals and, a variety of public and private organisations before a range of UK courts, tribunals and constitutional panels across a multitude of legal areas and issues arising under public law, regulatory law and common law
