Matthew Howarth Appointed to Attorney General Panel of Counsel
Chambers are delighted to announce that Matthew Howarth has been appointed by the Attorney General as Junior Counsel to the Crown.
Matthew Howarth received a letter of appointment from The Right Honourable Geoffrey Cox QC MP who described the competition for places on the Panel as “fierce”.
As Junior Counsel to the Crown, Matthew will be undertaking complex civil, public law and EU work for all government departments.
Matthew will join other members of chambers, Heather Aspinall, Dan Thomas, Austin Welch & Leila Ghahhary on the Panel demonstrating Lincoln House Chambers’ growing strength in civil and public law at the highest level.
