Rachel Cooper & Brendan O’Leary Appointed As Crown Court Recorders

Chambers are delighted to announce that both Rachel Cooper & Brendan O’Leary have been appointed as Crown Court Recorders.

The King appointed 97 Recorders in total on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, The Right Honourable Shabana Mahmood MP, and the Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable Baroness Carr of Walton-on-the-Hill.

The appointments will take effect from the 18th November 2024. Rachel Cooper will sit on the Midland Circuit and Brendan O’Leary will sit on the Northern Circuit.
