Chambers is delighted to announce that Sarah Magill has been appointed Deputy Assistant Judge Advocate General. In this role, she will preside over cases in the Court Martial, Summary Appeal Court, and Service Civilian Court at the Military Court Centres in Bulford and Catterick. The Court Martial holds global jurisdiction over all service personnel and civilians subject to service discipline, handling a full range of criminal cases, including the most serious offences. This is a part-time appointment, and Sarah will continue to maintain her practice.
